Every year I manage to see a couple stages of the Tour Down Under when it comes to town. The lineup changes all the time so you might lose some big names but gain some at the same time. These guys are nuts, find a good spot on a stage and 100 + riders will go by in 5 seconds. Thats why you go to the circuit races so you get to see them a bunch of times or go to a King of the Mountain stage so they're going really slow up the hill. Here you can shout encouraging comments at them (or not so encouraging, you choose.) Anne for example offered her reassurance to the sole asian rider who was dead last coming up the hill of the 5th stage, "you can do it!" I'm glad to report he made it over the hill alive, and shortly died after.
