There is a good list of around maybe ten cafes in Adelaide that everyone seems to agree on has the best coffee. The Coffee Barun, or 'The Barun' which most people like to refer to it as, is one of them on that list. A few weeks back we visited The Barun for a bit of a caffeine fix just before we headed to Gilles Street Market and made a day out of it. We had a bit of a mix up in the coffee order so that's why we have three (well actually we ended up with four) cappuccinos in the picture. We arrived at Gilles Street with a bit of a buzz and found that the markets were one of the biggest and best we have seen yet. There were stalls in every possible nook that you could find, with all this choice we managed to find a few things to take home. All these photos were taken in and around The Barun and Gilles Street Markets. Gilles Street Markets will be back this Sunday the 17th.
